At ThePoshPlay, we aim to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Please review our refund, return, and exchange policies to understand how we support you before and after your purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy:

ThePoshPlay follows a friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is as fussfree and enjoyable as possible. We are here to support you before and after your purchase. Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.


Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of an order is possible only if the product has not been dispatched. Kindly email us at support@theposhplay.com for cancellation. For canceled orders, store credit will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.


Transit Damage:

While it's rare for products to get damaged in transit, if you receive a damaged order, please follow the instructions below:

 Opening Video is Required: Please record a video while opening the parcel and show the item clearly. If the item is found to be damaged, we will replace it immediately. Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist you with any issues. Kindly email the video to support@theposhplay.com.

Exchange:

  • Exchanges, if any, are provided within the same product category. A credit note will be issued if the desired product is not in stock.
  • Exchange is allowed once per order.
  • Customized products made as per customer instructions are not eligible for exchanges. Please be careful when ordering namecustomized products.
  • Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the product or its color. We source the best quality products and all details are mentioned in the product description. Please read all details before placing the order.
  • All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are nonexchangeable.
  • Only products that are unused, undamaged, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  • If there is a size issue with the delivered product, email us at support@theposhplay.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Check the size of the product before ordering as sizes are mentioned in the product description.
  • An actual video of the product with repackaging showing the items is required. Minimal toandfro shipping costs in such cases will be extra, depending on the parcel size.
  • In some cases, for certain pin codes, if there is no reverse product pickup facility by the courier provider, customers are requested to send the product themselves.
  • If the customer does not hand over the product within 57 business days from the date of the return/exchange request being raised, the request will be cancelled from our end.

Return/Refund:

Refunds (if any) once processed will be credited within 46 working days in the same payment mode, depending on the bank's timeline.
